Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
• Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are the estimated delivery times:

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to track the progress of your delivery.

Address & Shipping Changes

Make sure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot change your delivery address once the order has been processed.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once they reach your country. Unfortunately, Reetell cannot be held responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s regulations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.

Refund policy

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide your order number and photos of the item(s) when submitting your return request.

Fees That Apply

• Return Shipping Fee: $10 USD.
• Restocking Fee: $10 USD.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
• Personal care goods (e.g., underwear, beauty products).
• Sale items, gift cards, or items purchased with a coupon or discount code.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us:
   Email us at info@reetell.com with your order number and photos of the product(s) you wish to return.
2. Receive Instructions:
   If your return is approved, we will provide:

• The return address (as we ship from multiple warehouses).
• Instructions for sending back your item.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

1. Return the original item following the steps above.
2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• You will be notified if your refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
